Berneray Information Centre

A number of Berneray residents volunteer their time to man an information centre during the summer months

The centre provides leaflets and information on a wide range of Berneray related topics, including history, housing, ancestry, crofting, fishing, where to stay and what to do.

The centre is open from 11am to 3pm, all weekdays, from June to August.

The centre is inside the Nurses' Cottage (pictured above). Follow the road around the east coast of the island; the building is on the left, just after the fishing harbour, and just over a mile from the causeway and ferry terminal.
